Old woman Mali sent on September 28, 2012 (1:21) by Memy. 35 comments, 6181 views.

, 1/500 f/5.6, ISO 320, hand held.

The thing that '"envy" of your photos and' that are very recognizable among many, who have a style and an impression of your own and very personal. Only then is the fact that they are also beautiful and very communicative!
Congratulations again!

The beauty of digital and opens infinite spaces because it allows you to express their vision of "questionable" sure your judgment, "but the fact remains that it is a medium which allows us to complete their vision, creative technique and Emotional .. I add that in this photo you gave a lot of space to convey in a visual expression, strong and full of life passed, I was very impressed at the bright side, thank you for this Memy

Thanks Canopus and Angelo.
For me, one of the positive things and that, little by little, they made me love the digital is that you can deal with the post a shot with greater creativity by putting something personal ......

The expression of this woman has clearly helped to bring home a beautiful shot.
Excellent focus and sharpness. I also like the contrast that you have given to enhance the subject, well balanced, not too excessive but incisive. I'll tell you, I like it more than the other, perhaps because there is still pià marked contrast while here it seems to me quite natural.

Well I agree to a certain point. In my opinion it would be better to express their creativity through a particular interpretation of current conditions (light management and composition). Perhaps it is not easy, at least for now I can not do that, but is there a need to focus, not to get good graphics. (The issue is a thorny one, this is just my opinion)

It is clear that the phase of shooting is very important for me but also the post is not less important, and offers endless possibilities ..... and I do not think it is becoming graphics, but to express ...
Obviously it depends on the kind and intents because for example in nature photography generally my approach is different.

Photography is a form of communication then the effectiveness of the result depends on how the communicator is soddifatto and if / how the message reaches the observer. And 'certainly true that too often (I include myself there) we use pp to retrieve one snap "defective" or tasteless to give drama or something that strikes. But I do not think this can be the case .. Memy scored an incredible person, at a particular time .. the expression and body language of the person doing the shooting: the message would come even without pp (which I like but not being so much in my taste).

Thanks Viaggiatorenotturno!

In my opinion, whatever 's interpretation, it is right up to when trying to express their ideas, also does not like the others, while you are in error if you try something for only the consent ....

... what matters (in my opinion) is the end result in this case is excellent.

Thanks Giosa!

Honestly, this picture is not that pp has been done some kind of work and not the 'I certainly distorted: the background is the natural one, the cut is the original, I have not cloned or added anything and in fact I played a bit' with contrasts in a selective way, lights and shadows and color adjusted.
On many photo I believe that is made much more (see backgrounds completely smoothed, elements cloned etc ...) ... However, unlike other cases, in which the PP is used so that you do not see ... I do nothing to disguise chasing a result, maybe a bit 'far from those who prefer (legittimamamente) photos more "natural", but that meets my taste and my aspirations that are still evolving ...

Bella. The pages you allowed to give the shot a very personal touch. It would be interesting to see the photo snza interventions in PP.
