, 1/400 f/8.0, ISO 1600, hand held.

In questi anni ho viaggiato molto.

Every time the usual story: I put a new picture, I look at it, I like to die, I try to comment a bit different but ... I can not really do it :-D
I can not tell you anything except that it is really beautiful, the thing that strikes me most certainly is the chromatic contrast between the yellow flowers and the general cold atmosphere due to the snowstorm.
Really congratulations, a wonderful photo (what's new then? :-D)

A greeting, Leonardo

... The truth is that freedom is not out, but it's inside of us. It is a feeling that you acquire as the intimacy between us and a place grows. And when you no longer feel the need to go to the other side of the world because you want to go up the hills of your home, you will have another way of looking at Nature, because you are an integral part of it ...

It takes a profound inner work to come to this testimony.
Compliments

Ps
Even the picture is beautiful.

Lucky, reading these things does not bother me. You know I'm part of those photographers who are traveling almost zero, but are constantly searching in their own territory, so read this from a photographer I think is even more stimulating. The picture is sublime, as soon as I saw the preview I soon realized it was yours. A hug

This is what we put into your absolute best ... chapeau! (Reminds me of a late snowfall in the maritime alps to which you witnessed, a unique emotion, and this brings me back to that moment of excitement) The phrase "freedom is within us" is very beautiful, I feel very much. Congratulations For, you're always a reference point.

Beautiful and profound as well as a shared story ... in photography I think that much depends on our state of mind and inner maturation ... the places known or in the immediate vicinity of the place where we live all of a sudden come under a new Dresses but, probably, our eyes are changed! On the useless picture to stop and reiterate that your hand is unmistakable :) congratulations! Hi Massimo

Totally agree on reflection; Moreover, the places close to where we live are always the most "difficult" to photograph. As always, beautiful shot.

I believe there is a need "only" of great sensitivity and attention to simple and humble things ...

These things you say are qualities that are of nature but if they do not develop, they do not develop, if they do not emerge, if we suffocate them with arguments that best satisfy the mind that the soul, alas, even at km zero you will not find nothing.

The zero-kilometer photography, spectacular and engaging, is what you have inside yourself. :-)

Luigi my "only" was specifically in quotes. ;-)
I did not want to contradict you, I think like you.
What are you saying are qualities that are of a nature but if they do not develop, they do not develop, if they do not emerge, if we suffocate them with arguments that best satisfy the mind that the soul, alas, even at km Zero you will not find anything.

I also think the opposite is true. You can do any introspective path, but if you do not have the right sensibility and predisposition you start right away with the wrong foot and will never come.

It's a bit like trying to learn to play a tool, if you do not take or do not feel the rhythm or the music, you can study as long as you want but you will never learn ituonarlo.

This is the difference between Fortunato and a forum photographer who follows the current modes.
