All my images are taken freehand, I do not use the easel even for an operational matter: many of these images, including this one, were taken on a normal working day, during the lunch break in a city park in front of where I work.
I can't take easel and other equipment to the office, just a bag with car and flash.
I have to tell you that I know how to shoot, trying to minimize the vibrations not only of the instrument, but, above all, mine, having practiced for years the discipline of shooting.
See strange, but between pulling a trigger and triggering a camera's shutter button there's very little difference!
