E' appena terminato il 2° cantiere del piano di recupero della Area Industriale della Pettinatura di Lane in Vercelli Spa. Con la realizzazione di n.8 villette unifamiliari con giardino, raccolte in una Residenza con parti comuni pedonali private denominata MOHAIR (nome di una fibra naturale pregiata nella tradizione del passato tessile della Società). Questa foto e le altre due sono bozze di prova per corredare le brochure cartacea e online, quest'ultima visibile nella vecchia versione al link: www.lalanavc.it. Il progetto dello Studio di Arch. Rosso Fornaro si è ispirato allo stile sobrio degli edifici industriali della Pettinatura di lane in Vercelli Spa, includendo tutti i conforts del vivere moderno: dal box ad apertura automatica su strada per consentire che le parti comuni siano assolutamente pedonali, alla Classe Energetica A3 con fotovoltaico, solare e domotica. Verde privato, arredo urbano, locale dedicato alla raccolta differenziata e mansarda abitabile sono altre attenzioni apprezzate dalle coppie che stanno iniziando a visitare il complesso
