Situata all'interno dell'Area Marina Protetta di Porto Conte, sorge l'antica Torre delle Pegna, risalente al '500. La principale caratteristica che la rende unica, a mio avviso, non è tanto la costruzione in se (che non è poi niente di eclatante, ma il fatto che sia stata edificata sul bordo della falesia, di fronte al Mar di Sardegna, a circa 200 metri di altezza sul mare. Raggiungibile solo a piedi, abbiamo impiegato col gruppo circa un'ora e mezza ad arrivare, più il ritorno. Un'esperienza unica: pace, serenità, natura e il dominio di essa sull'uomo.
