Thank you for the comments. The lack of clarity in my opinion is given by a number of factors that I can not improve: Very low time (due to the lens not good at room temperature and 40, which does not take good high ISO), the lens a bit and morbidina crop. Unfortunately I have not figured out how to work optimally with my equipment (it seems that there is not enough light). However, once home, I realized that even at ISO 800 f 6.3 I could get more clarity.

Since this is a crop in my opinion you could have to crop less ........
It is mandatory to fill the entire frame .........
You'll see that you get the enduring images of better quality. ;-)

Absolutely yes. With the 40D (which I own), if you raise the iso in broad daylight in order to increase the shutter speed and presents well, is available until 1000-1250iso, maybe even 1600 but I do not imbalance.
The lens certainly does not help you, we say that maybe for my birthday / christmas you might consider changing it with a 100-400 or if you put butwith the budget with a sigma 150-500 used (about 600 €). Selling your own, especially with the latter, you should not add much.
This shot is unfortunately gone, honestly tell you it's a nice picture I do not feel ;-) Tough but true, I hope you will appreciate ;-)
The limit you can try to recover a little as he says Bern to crop a little less ;-)

Quoto everything, even myself by dint of blows began work better. I look at the times and openings that already use other forum, and then a little at a time is improved. However, the lens is at the heart of photography. I did not want to understand it myself but since I have the 200/400 nikon see that I'm on another world

good catch, Taken defects are due mostly to the limits of the equipment, even if the crop has not helped:-D in addition to the shake-there is also a bit 'of chromatic aberration, that you can try to remove in PP. hello ;-)
