La musica è l'unica arte che conferisca un senso alla parola assoluto. E' l'assoluto vissuto, vissuto però tramite un'immensa illusione, visto che si dissolve subito al ristabilirsi del silenzio. E' un assoluto effimero, un paradosso, insomma. Questa esperienza, per poter durare, deve essere rinnovata all'infinito, simile all'esperienza mistica, della quale, una volta ritornati alla quotidianità, non resta traccia.
