L'occhio fotografico si fa soprattutto osservando le piccole cose.
va bene così.però secondo me potevi cercare di evitare l'asfalto e il cordolo della strada.
dovresti anche cominciare a gestire diversamente le luci con la post produzione,piccole cose che servono per raccontare meglio il tuo messaggio.qui la luminosità è troppo alta nel posto sbagliato,se scurisci tutta la zona fuori dall'albero riesci a concentrare meglio l'attenzione sui due tronchi,cercando di mantenere sempre comunque la naturalità della scena.
adesso è diventato gratuito,non so se lo usi già ma la suite di nik color effect ha un filtro che io all'inizio usavo molto,e lo uso a volte anche ora,che è darken/lighten filter che lavora molto bene.poi puoi provare altri filtri tra cui anche il solo contrast only ti aiuta molto. certo bisogna avere almeno photoshop altrimenti siamo fermi già ai blocchi di partenza.
intanto ti do queste dritte poi valuta tu se ti possono servire.

la scelta di includere la strada è naturalmente voluta, senza non sarebbe stata la foto che avevo visto io, ma capisco che risulti forzata.
In effetti hai ragione, la luminosità è troppa e nel posto sbagliato. La tua rielaborazione la trovo fin troppo scura, ma l'intenzione l'ho compresa.
