Di nuovo alla ricerca di una luce interessante tra le torri del Salento. Purtroppo, come al solito, il cielo così limpido non aiuta. Ci ritornerò sicuramente in un altro momento dell'anno; il luogo merita molto e una luce diversa lo potrebbe valorizzare ancora di più. Torre Colimena fa parte del sistema difensivo della penisola salentina, voluto da Carlo V in seguito all'invasione di Otranto da parte dei Turchi alla fine del 1400. Il paese di Torre Colimena si è sviluppato tutto intorno alla torre, che rimane a mio avviso una delle più curate del litorale ovest. All'ombra della torre, una fitta vegetazione di fichi d'india e agavi rende il luogo ancora più caratteristico. Unione di tre esposizioni.
