Day 2 Pt 3 Dopo aver attraversato il lungo altopiano con la visuale sul ghiacciaio, affrontiamo una lunga discesa che si estende per diversi Km con pendenza molto leggera. Attraversiamo una bellissima vallata, ma ora il sole splende forte e le ombre sono dure...quindi niente foto "paesaggistiche", solo qualche selfie scemo sopra qualche roccia sporgente da alcuni precipizi. Dopo diversi Km arriviamo al rifugio di Pormork, situato in una valle dove un fiume attraversa una vasta piana fatta di ciottoli; Sicuramente uno dei rifugi più belli e più confortevoli di tutto il tour. Dopo aver cenato con dell'ottimo salmone in padella cucinato dalla guida insieme ad altri membri del gruppo, do un'occhiata fuori dalla finestra e vedo un'apoteosi di colori! Corro a prendere la reflex e seguo di corsa il sentiero che costeggia il fiume... Ormai la luce se ne sta andando, e di fretta cerco un punto ideale per scattare. Giusto il tempo di fare una decina di scatti che comincia a piovere... Soddisfatto me ne ritorno al rifugio con il rumore dell'acqua che scorre e la pioggia che cade leggera... Mi merito una bella dormita... GUARDA LA MIA GALLERIA "ISLANDA" PER LA STORIA COMPLETA.
