at 400mm, 1/800 f/6.3, ISO 160, hand held. Giardino di Boboli, Italy.

Oggi stavo cogliendo le ultime ciliegie del mio ormai vetusto ciliegio quando vedo,con la coda dell'occhio, una macchia verde smeraldo: guardo attentamente e, con sorpresa, vedo a circa due metri più in alto un parrocchetto dal collare che si aggingeva a consumare il pranzo (erano circa le 14.00). Mi tiro (per dirla con Montalbano) il"paro e lo sparo" e decido di rischiare: lentamente retrocedo,entro in casa, mi armo di 1D e 100-400, ritorno in giardino dopo aver aperto di nuovo la porta-finestra (ovviamente non senza rumore!) e...Lui è sempre lì,intento a scegliersi le ciliegie più grosse e mature! Mi avvicino a circa 2-3 metri e comincio la raffica: lui niente, mangia tranquillo a volte guardandomi fisso ma senza mostrare nessun allarme! La scena va avanti per circa 5 minuti ed io resto incantato a vedere il parrocchetto scegliere le ciliegie, prenderle con la zampina, spolparle accuratamente e lasciar cadere il nocciolo! Viva la natura che regala queste scene incredibili e ci da un momento di fanciullesca meraviglia quando meno te lo aspetti. ( Aggiungo che nel Giardino di Boboli,Parco della dimora Medicea di P.zza Pitti che dista, in linea d'aria, circa 1 Km da casa mia esiste da tempo una piccola colonia di parrocchetti ormai acclimatati)
