Thanks of appreciation. The brilliance of the grains in the background completely black has been possible thanks to the post-production using the U-point technology. This selective brightness on the grains placed diagonally was just the effect I wanted to counter the black background and guide the eye toward the first split pomegranate and then on the whole.

I thank you a lot of appreciation.
In fact the technique is simple. I used the kitchen table to compose the scene, I used a black cardboard folded into a U bought in stationery as shelf and seabed. As regards the lighting, I used the light coming from the window, much more manageable than that of a flash. To keep the pomegranate cut in half I used a support in place. I took a bit 'of time to place the beans in a way that is not too covered up each other and bring the eye toward the rewards exploiting the image diagonal. In post production I darkened the backdrop, not completely black and I made even brighter pomegranate seeds.
