The trip to Scotland was unfortunately very fast, would require slower times and stays prolonged photographic needs.
We then took the photos in short periods granted by the needs of our itinerary: large enough for the days that we granted, 11 days on the territory Scottish + 4 days to get there and back with the camper.
Scotland to see it all well and satisfy the photographic needs, in my opinion require (always in campers), from a minimum of 25 to 30 days.
Otherwise, my advice is to focus on specific areas of the journey, if I went again I would focus my career on the islands mB-)

Il viaggio in Scozia è stato purtroppo molto veloce, avrebbe richiesto tempi più lenti e soste più prolungate per le esigenze fotografiche.
Abbiamo quindi scattato le foto nei brevi periodi concessi dalle esigenze del nostro itinerario: abbastanza esteso per i giorni che ci siamo concessi, 11 giorni sul territorio Scozzese + 4 giorni per arrivare e tornare con il camper.
La Scozia per vederla bene tutta e soddisfare le esigenze fotografiche, a mio avviso richiederebbe (sempre in camper), da un minimo di 25 a 30 giorni.
Altrimenti il mio consiglio è di concentrare il viaggio in zone specifiche, se dovessi tornarci concentrerei il mio percorso sulle isole maggiori: Orcadi, Shetland (che non ho visto), per dedicarmi poi alla parte nord occidentale e perfezionare la visita dell'isola di Sky davvero meravigliosa. Penso che fotograficamente sia la zona più interessante e offra la possibilità di dedicare del tempo a magnifiche escursioni di treking. Le Highlands sono davvero stupende, c'è solo un piccolo inconveniente per il quale è bene attrezzarsi convenientemente: i nugoli di midges, piccoli insetti particolarmente fastidiosi che escono allo scoperto nelle "calde" ( e rare) giornate estive senza vento e che pungono provocando bolle pruriginose. Si possono trovare soprattutto in prossimità di stagni e laghi. Quindi dotarsi di buone quantità di repellenti ed evitare di lasciare zone del corpo scoperte  .
