Ed eccoci arrivati al penultimo giorno del primo viaggio; dopo aver trovato condizioni pessime del nord ad Hvitserkur, decido di ritornare dove il viaggio è iniziato: nel Golden Circle! Però sulla strada per tornare a Geysir c'era una location che mi interessava molto e che ero molto curioso di fotografare: le cascate Hraunfossar. Venendo da nord il navigatore mi ha fatto fare una serie di stradine veramente veramente brutte e rocciose per una macchina non alta e non AWD, quindi consiglio caldamente di visitarla quando si viene da sud! Arrivato sul posto, non riesci bene a capire quali siano le cascate "da fotografare" in quanto c'è questa parete di circa 400-500 metri cosparsa di piccole cascatelle, che sembrano davvero le vene della terra. Sono tantissime, e tutte bellissime! Così ho provato prima questo scatto "generale", poi successivamente ho fatto un altro scatto più particolare.
