I do not want! sent on September 17, 2014 (23:58) by Andblo. 6 comments, 782 views.

con Canon EF 1.4x III, 1/640 f/7.1, ISO 400, hand held. Specie: Crocuta crocuta

I have carefully read the story. It is rare to attend the coupling of the hyenas in contrast to the lions. I attended last year at the Mara (there's a photo in my gallery "other predators"). The company of hyenas is very special, it is the "queen" of the herd that law, each member of her clan, including male, has the utmost respect and the total enslavement. Only she has the right to procreation and it is you who decides when and with whom to mate. I therefore consider that the female in question is not the queen but a subject which, if discovered by the Queen would pass even serious trouble. However, it could also be a female solo expulsion from the clan and therefore free. About the photo is well done and very nice interaction.

Pmaffio integration thanks to my caption: your observations exhaustively conclude the story:-P:-P
However, I know that is not easy to attend to the coupling of hyenas:-D:-D

Very interesting story, expanded even more by the intervention of Paul.
The trigger is very nice, with a particular pose of the two subjects.

Great photos and interesting description.
just as it also says Pmaffio.in a sense of society is matriarchal hyenas, lions that of patriarchy.
