Anziano neozelandese che aveva un grande sogno, portare la sua Indian Scouth del '27, costruita nel garage dietro casa, a correre sul lago salato di Bonneville,tempio della velocità, e conquistare il record nella sua categoria...!!! Investi tutti i suoi risparmi per attraversare il mondo, e dopo mille peripezie, riusci nel suo intento di provare a lanciarsi sulla distesa salata che tanto aveva bramato.... Lasciò tutti esterrefatti e a bocca aperta... Lo fece..!!! Una storia che commosse tutti gli organizzatori, che lo invitarono a tornare a loro spese negli anni a seguire... Una storia d'altri tempi... film consigliato anche a chi non appassionato di motociclismo... Non ve ne pentirete... So Long Bart... R.I.P.
