Salutoni a tutti.

A nice "portrait", however, the dominant blue is annoying, in my view.

After a life again I see your image where detail needless to say it is your business card.
Photos that also lends itself to a vertical shooting.
For the dominant respect your decision as this is within the personal tastes, in fact I would have taken, but these are my tastes and not those of the author. ;-)
PS
Now that you have found your way try not to disappear. :-P

Dear Walter, congratulations for this shot and particularly so natural to my way of thinking, very impressive and beautiful. You can see the sky literally shivering in the early morning, the air moist and cool night that ends, while summer can feel the warm color of dry grass as a backdrop. That 's the beauty I find in your shots always well detailed on the subject, but who can be at the same time "ambientati."
I continue to admire your technique and your passion for nature.

PS-I find that _ the roost a bit 'Pelosetta is in perfect harmony with the hairs of bombilius:-P
