, 1/160 f/22.0, ISO 100, hand held. Vigoleno (borgo e castello), Italy.

But as you have been to Vigoleno not you call me? Yet? but then you're really recidivist! :-D
and also on the diaphragm apparently ;-)
1/160 f/22.0, ISO 100, free hand.

I refer you to the answer of Hilary on your photo in varese night www.juzaphoto.com/galleria.php?t=951139&l=it

I ricaro dose though .. tilted too far down the camera and still falling lines really stand out, though in photographs "air" it does not even bother that much, other than the speech to me for photos at street level. I do not know if you made it from the terrace, but if I remember correctly there should be windows halfway from where able to take a picture without tilting the camera too, but I can not remember it's been so long since the last voyo that I got on mastio.magari framing from the second house would have straightened out some lines and with a shorter focal length would have also introduced the hills on the horizon to better contextualize the place.
Have you tried to make it an even vertical? hte only within the row of roof leading to the church, would be a good alternative to reduce the defect framing.
for post-known that there is a strong dominant greenish or yellowish even I do not know, maybe correcting the white balance (Basic Operation of a photo, do not start complaining that you are not an expert on digital processing because it is not here serves) system is perhaps all light levels and also in my opinion the white point is rather poor
For the rest, I understand that you have taken in broad daylight and with a nice summer temperaturina per which you certainly can not expect more from you nor neither by nature.

Hello Richard to the next

A Vigoleno have been there the day I came to see you then.
In fact, I'm realizing that the picture seems to have jaundice, has been the heat, there were 36 degrees that day and the photo (see clock bell tower) was taken at 17.30. This does not and should not be an excuse, I missed the times, the openings and the point of recovery. I apologize and if it were not for your comment that I should serve as a warning, take it off. I do not complain of my shortcomings, it would not, I was wrong big time. I can not say that I go back and make them even more because the place is not just around the corner of the house, but I will definitely closer to the next. Thanks Simon's observations and suggestions, surely they will experience during these holidays, weather permitting.
Agreeting, hello

Riccardo

ps
I tried to counter it a little bit but the yellow background remains a pity.

It is in fact a bit of trouble there, I noticed chromatic aberration which makes the walls like mildew, for the shot I would have certainly opted for the vertical as you suggested Simon, eliminating the flaps on the left and then " body of the building "in the middle of the houses on the left always (maybe even the only way you solve a little giving the photos a cut around the square), the shadows closed I have serious personal problems:-D, beautiful place that deserves your Rounding the light than you've been told, perhaps with the right light at the base of each photo, then follow the rest ;-)

A salutone and see you soon, Michele

Hello Michael, unfortunately I destroyed a fortress that resisted the twelfth century. I never expected to be equipped so that force.
Beware, then the criticism:-D:-D:-D because I have a heavy hand.
Seriously, suggested as well but this time I do not know what happened to me, I'll try to bounce back soon.
Thanks for the ride and careful analysis, always welcome whatever the outcome.

All the best, Richard

;-) I figured anything, I think the photo has good room for improvement, I tried to post produce it (with my limitations) by cutting assisted by the advice of Simon in order to eliminate the side that deconcentravano, I tried to arrange the subjects or the bell tower and the house but also the way of applying the rule of thirds, I decreased the brightness of the background to give importance to the bell tower in the country, I tried to fix the shadows closed, making them more readable, of course, the intervention involved the chromatic aberration green-yellow, and another that I do not remember now, I see it improved a whole, what do you think? (I hope you have not killed your image work ;-), tell me if I can disappear: - D)

Hello Michael, I'm sorry if I answer only now but I've been away a few days. Nice work you've done and that gives more prominence to the photo. No, no, do not make it disappear, it would be a shame. It almost seems that you and Simone will be coalesced into a campaign for my massacre, well go ahead, but be careful because sooner or later you will fall under my pen. :-D: fgreen. Of course joke (not too), I'm glad for your interest and taking the time in giving me advice and criticism, hoping that you will not tire saw my stubbornness.
See you soon, Richard

Hello Richard, I'm glad for you that you were away, ok since you like the leave;-), calm after the course will do much better:-P

I wanted to tell you also that I have a problem in your photos, or better "after insertion" of some in the forum: observing them in the thumbnails, even in this darkened above, the shadows are not bad (as they are not in the file that you download in your case in hd), but then watching them published in the dimension you notice a drastic reduction in its tendency to underexposure also catching up to the net, as in this case. I do not know to what to attribute the thing, I've found a couple so even if the control has not been integral to me was such a thing happened if I remember correctly just joined the forum, yet when I used the editor of the forum, maybe try to ask those in the know more, I myself are accorto just because I downloaded the file and post produced covering the photo I immediately realized that he had made a minor miracle:-P:-P, until I studied the situation better;-), conclusion: no miracle:-D, only this problem, but that alone greatly penalizes the trigger is as light as it colors.

No no, Simone and I we have not coalesced:-D, he would have everything to lose;-);-), for the time devoted to the preparation I guarantee you will never exceed 15-20 minutes, otherwise the bottom of the brain and risk of making interventions that ruin all the previous work;-), this has become a rule for me.

A salutone Riccardo and see you soon, Michele
