We are three fratellin ..... sent on February 13, 2014 (9:15) by Memy. 28 comments, 2061 views.

, hand held.

Carlo

Nice story, the puppies are always tenderness and regret when they happen to be preyed .......

Ciao Carlo,

Hello Carlo,
so small you can see a few times and they were definitely one of their earliest releases ..
Unfortunately this is also the savannah and those fans for herbivores (including their puppies ...) no matter how ruthless I always say that a baby wildebeest or gazelle is likely to become much higher than those of an adult puppy of a predator ..
Among the genetic impoverishment, difficulty in finding food, competing with other predators, etc. .... the infant mortality rate among cheetahs for example, ranges from 60 to 90%! wow! :-(

GM

Is difficult to love the nature ... even in these situations and I imagine the "support" that you did for the three siblings ... and yet, part of the game of life ... even the jackals have their puppies, even the hyenas and sometimes ... it's up to them too ... I like the photo, the caption also ... hello. GM

Grazie mille Gian Mario!

Thank you Gian Mario!
Actually hyenas do not kill them for food ... would be little more than a snack, but unfortunately the cheetah cubs are killed by lions and hyenas more than anything to eliminate a competitor and, in fact, do not eat them when it happens .. (Which really that, on closer inspection, the cheetah is not a real competitor but rather, in a utilitarian vision aid is often seen that lions and hyenas rubbing their prey to cheetahs with a ridiculous ease ...
However, we know that nature is also this and that, even when it escapes, has meaning ... and we love unconditionally! ;-)

GM

Very true ..., I was not aware ... I can not wait to be back in Africa and intensely devote to this type of observation and photographing a little '... starting to miss (I chose to wait for the growth of my child, who is only three years before returning to make travel a little 'more "aggressive" ... still 3 or 4 years and I will refer .... bringing it with me ...) .... Hello . GM

Ciao
Alessandro

At first glance it looks like the image of a cheerful litter patrol, your story adds a strong dramatic.
Great desire to Africa ...

Grazie mille Marco!
Thank You Francis !

Sorriso

Thank you Mark!
Francis Thank You!

Mark, now it starts in a month and see what the fate in store for us: Every safari has its own story and you can never predict what we'll see ....
L 'only certainty is that we will certainly 110% in order to obtain the best! :-)

Memy the story is as beautiful as sad, to think that these three beautiful kittens struggle to survive is something so sad! But this is the nature, you can do very little!

Greetings, Leonardo
