I really like :-)
It 's the kind of shot that I would like to experiment ...
A curiosity: would not be able to close a bit 'more of the diaphragm to give a starry effect to the beautiful light of the moon?
Some times they would risk even more elongated blur already stellar but you feel ...
Among other things, I also have a 600D and I know from experience that go beyond ISO 800 is not recommended ;-)

Hello Marina, first of all thanks for the ride .. I am dedicated to night photography only recently, I have yet to understand how to move. Usually at 17mm (APS-C) created the stars of the small trails with shutter speeds between 25 and 30 seconds, but that night I found the effect already at 20 seconds. I personally do not love the star-trial effect, nor whether the effect is minimal. I also like the star effect (in the sun, in the reflections on the water, in the city lights ...) unfortunately close the aperture to f8-f11 wanted to say too much really raise the ISO, and already you can see in the sky of the small artifacts at 800 iso. Maybe I should at least try a shot at 1600 ISO and close the aperture one or two stops .... Next time maybe, for now there is too much snow and avalanche danger ..
All the best,

Sandro P.
