is a method of high-end retouching, "non-destructive". In layman to manage colors using a level, and to detail a different level, so to settle on the skin (for example) of arrossature not likely to create the effect of "porcelain" and keep intact the structure of the skin (pores and various textures) :)

I applied a little more noise reduction, otherwise a very nice portrait!

(I do not know if the texture / grain is wanted, but I would have kept a little less)

No grain is desired ;-) I completed the "toning" and given the vintage touch with a preset VSCO. Then it was also a bit 'to break the taboo of my "ISO 100", because everything that was taking over this threshold seemed unwatchable and "stupid," and so I forced myself to use a higher ISO to assess the effects (since using the preset effect VSCO I fell in love a little 'raw data from the grain and the blacks a little' "dumb" data from old films, I still do not feel in great to use).
