Più bassi sono gli ISO meno rumore c'è,il problema è che a mano libera spesso non puoi abbassare più di tanto gli ISO altrimenti il tempo rischia di essere troppo lento con la conseguenza di avere la foto mossa.
In alternativa il rumore lo puoi togliere in PP,dai un'occhiata qui:

Di norma il tempo, per evitare il rischio di mosso, dovrebbe corrispondere più o meno alla lunghezza focale dell'obiettivo,questo però su fotocamere Full Frame a pieno formato,la tua però è una APSC quindi devi moltiplicare per 1,5(es. obiettivo da 50 mm.su FF con APSC diventa 75 mm. cioè 50 x 1,5)quindi in questo caso con 1/500 il margine era ampio.
