salve a tutti.
vi propongo qst starstax fatto recentemente alle hawaii.
avrei bisogno di un consiglio da parte di chi più esperto di me: qst sono l'unione di 173 scatti ( esposizione S SW purtroppo ma così è l'unica possibilità). come sapete per poter utilizzare tale programma devo trasformare i miei file raw in jpeg che poi verranno elaborati e ne risulterà un file finale jpeg.
ora la foto non mi soddisfa: c'è troppo rumore etc,etc.
l'unica soluzione che mi viene in mente è di modificare tutti i file raw in photoshop ( riduzione rumore+ aumento nitidezza) e poi rifare il percorso in jpeg.
cosa mi consigliate? altre strade?
sempre tenendo conto di poter, in un futuro, anche stampare in grande la foto.
in più vorrei come al solito un vostro giudizio spassionato sulla compo della foto.

Più che del rumore ci sono dei grossi artefatti nella parte bassa del fotogramma ("scia" del fuoco e orizzonte).. non è che hai compresso troppo in fase conversione raw-jpeg o nell'elaborazione finale? Puoi utilizzare Startrail anche con dei tiff... ci mette un po' di più ma non fai elaborazioni multiple su file compressi... puoi provare Per il rumore mi viene un dubbio: non è che hai recuperato troppo le ombre? Anche se a f/2.8 100ISO mi sembrano un po' pochi e magari sei partito da delle immagini iniziali piuttosto buie... è solo un'ipotesi
Most of the noise that there are big artifacts in the lower part of the frame ("wake" of the fire and horizon) .. is not you being too compressed jpeg or raw conversion-final processing? You can also use Startrail with the TIFF ... takes a little 'more, but do not do processing on multiple compressed files ... you can try ;-) For noise I have a doubt: it is not that you have recovered the shadows too? Ciao Matteo, Scusa il ritardo nella risposta...... Non ho fatto assolutamente nulla (proprio xché era una prova), se non trasformare da raw a jpeg. Poi il resto l'ha fatto starstax. Mi sembra di aver capito che le impostazioni date alla macchina siano abbastanza giuste tra voler avere un cielo scuro e la caldera che nella somma degli scatti poteva anche crearmi problemi di bruciato ( dato al centro) e del panorama intorno. Considera che sono 2h di esposizione multiple!

Hello Matthew, Sorry for the delay in the response ...... I did not do anything (just xche was a test), if not transform from raw to jpeg. Then the rest did starstax. I seem to have realized that the settings given to the machine are quite right in wanting to have a dark sky and the caldera in the sum of the shots could also mess with me burning (since the center) and the surrounding landscape. Consider that 2 hours of exposure are multiple!
