@ Serpero you're right! It was the first time I went to photograph the deer and I can assure you that all moves are the first pictures, I was shaking! :-) :-)

The deer "Orestes", this is his name, star of the camp of Villetta Barrea and of the whole country, for many years did not tremble any more!

It is true I was near Villetta Barrea, I did not know it was called Orestes.
In any case, see and "feel" for the first time excited me.
Thank you all for the comments! :-)

@ Chiara.m
The photos were made in the Abruzzo National Park.
If, like me, you do not have much time available you should rely to a local guide who knows and knows how and where to live close to the animals to see and photograph them in the best way.
I was 2 days with Umberto of www.wildlifeadventures.it/ and I was fine. We did two tours, starting from a shelter in the park. The first afternoon we started with the return to the shelter late at night through the woods. The second start in the morning with back in the early afternoon, so you can come back home in the evening.
The places are beautiful and worth seeing even if you can not see the animals, then now with the fall colors! :-)
The two photos of the forest that are in my gallery I made the mattina as we climbed.
On the website you find the programs I mentioned, email and cell.
I know that in the park there are other associations that organize trips.
I tried this and I was fine.
Good light.

Giancarlo thanks for all the tips and instructions :-)

I was also curious because I was in Scotland three weeks ago on a remote island in front of the Highlands, to see them free, after 8 hours on foot to go and as many to return in the home, but it was definitely worth it ;-)
Husband and I had read that there were on this island and organizing ourselves alone we went to see: I really liked the place so much!
