, 1/125 f/2.0, ISO 125, hand held. Penisola di Valdes, Argentina. Specie: Mirounga leonina

Esemplare femmina di elefante marino (Mirounga leonina), Penisola di Valdes (Provincia di Chubut - Argentina). Dati di scatto: Ottica Zenit Tair-3 A 300mm f/4.5(Zenit) maf manuale, mano libera poggiato sul ginocchio. PP: livelli, conversione BN, No Crop, sharpening riduzione web. #Sguardi

I would have liked to see it in color, I think that the background would give more prominence to the portrait. the animal is impressive, fascinating and, I suppose, awesome! eyes are incredible: huge, empty mirror .. the frame is very narrow, and if it were not for the micro moved, would have been nice! however also that micro rough, especially in the bokeh, describes the moment: a moment of life, the glint of the sun on sea and sand, the dynamism of the animal busy with its activities, and its proximity to the observer. beautiful capture!

yes, color is very beautiful! I like it! :-D backlight is one of the highlights, because of the light and the atmosphere it creates: the heat on the skin of the animal and the gleam of a white ..
you're right sull'aberrazione color, which unfortunately fades a bit 'the impact of the image, but you can not fix problems if you can not with the automatic controls, you can try to change or desaturate the shades of pink and green ..
if you can fix the little 'you need to fix, I invite you to post even the color! ;-)

I'll have to try ... I try to take better control of PS (I'm not really a phenomenon with PP:-D) ... also because the chromatic aberration is the only flaw (beyond the difficulty of use) of this view zenith and if I could control it in PP would be great ;-)
