The Stork Sarda sent on July 25, 2013 (16:40) by Saramuggittu. 11 comments, 688 views. [retina]

at 300mm, 1/500 f/5.6, ISO 100, hand held. Specie: Ciconia ciconia

It is true, I would have to close the aperture a bit, but it was a strange situation, in that it was not clear if the public could be photographed or not. The ban was not clear and say that I thought to snap and go away. Although we never approached and we did not pass the barriers. But all in all I am glad to have been able to photograph.

In Sardinia is prohibited.

Law 29 July 1998, no. 23

Art.62
Protection of nests and nesting sites

During the hatching and rearing of children born is forbidden to take photographs or filming unauthorized wild birds included in Annex II of the Bern Convention.
The Regional Minister of defense of the environment, making use of the Regional Institute for wildlife, for special reasons of professional or scientific research may authorize persons mentioned by name in shooting. The authorization must specify the duration, location, species, the minimum distance of approach to the nest, the precautions to be taken to minimize disturbance. Failure ofand regulations leads to the revocation of the authorization.

A beautiful witness ... I hope increase breeding pairs ... I limit myself to the considerations on the species I've seen in recent years, and this year, in greece, romania, poland, spain, nest pretty much just "inside" the countries above the houses and huts (in Spain on a shed sighting of a wetland) is one of those most willing to live with us bipeds and benefit from the infrastructure or not anthropic elements of various kinds.

Luigi cited the rule that refers to the Berne Convention (about 1980) and 1998, the Convention is available online, I have taken the plunge read it to me, I invite you to do so everyone can get an idea of ??what There guesses with the situation in question and, especially, as has been considered in relation to the island cementification, the protection of the coasts and natural areas in general from the 80s to today.

I apologize to Sara for the digression ..

Greetings to all
Paul ... cusufai

Hello Paul, you were right to quote the standard, I have fully complied with the order and the norm. I was in the industrial area, in full public area and I have not in any way passed the hurdles. The fact is, however, no one was there to check that the order would be respected. E 'useless legislate if not then you put it into practice and see if you make the rules.
I could give a damn and go over the area bounded but also respecting the environment and nature in Sardinia obviously I did not, nor I never will. I sent long ago even a formal request from my alderman Competent certified mail, I never received a response. This, unfortunately, I regret very much, because I repeat, do not just legislate ...
