Luigi ha citato la norma che si rifà alla convenzione di Berna (1980 circa) ed è del 1998; la convenzione è disponibile on line, mi son tolto lo sfizio di leggermela, vi invito a farlo; ognuno si potrà fare un'idea di quanto ci azzecchi con la situazione in questione e, soprattutto, come sia stata considerata sull'isola in relazione alla cementificazione, alla tutela delle coste e delle aree naturali in genere dagli anni 80 ad oggi.
