Fantastic photo and fantastic series as usual, but I think the scan could have been done better, so it looks very "grainy" (I'm referring to the graininess from scanning, not to the grain of the film) and doesn't do justice to the image ;-)
Going back to the photo I really like the composition and the atmosphere! Ti ringrazio di cuore per le belle parole (ne approfitto per ringraziare anche Juza..).
Purtroppo quelle pellicole scattate in Bangladesh le ho fatte sviluppare e scannerizzare qui a Bali (dove vivo) e il risultato non è stato dei migliori. Ho comunque con me i negativi: magari più avanti li farò digitalizzare in qualche laboratorio più serio.
Hai colto perfettamente il punto: sto cercando di alleggerire il corredo per avere più libertà di movimento e per essere meno “ingombrante” nei confronti delle persone che fotografo.
La scelta di Leica va proprio in questa direzione: un passo indietro, con telemetro e la messa a fuoco manuale, che mi obbligano a impegnarmi di più nel costruire la scena e a non lasciare che sia la macchina a fare tutto. È un modo per ritrovare un contatto più diretto e consapevole con ciò che fotografo.
La pellicola aggiunge il desiderio di sperimentare di nuovo un approccio diverso, più lento e riflessivo.
