La forza dei gesti semplici: contribuire alla tutela della biodiversità partendo da un piccolo aiuto
Buon pomeriggio a tutti, oggi voglio condividere con voi una delle esperienze che mi hanno toccato profondamente questa mattina.
Capita spesso, purtroppo, che di prima mattina molti di questi piccoli uccelli cadano dai nidi, magari per cause naturali o per le condizioni del loro ambiente. Purtroppo, molte di queste creature vengono poi calpestate dalle auto che passano velocemente sulle strade o predati da volpi, gatti randagi o altri predatori.
In questa settimana, sono riuscito a salvare ben tre piccoli di Ghiandaia, e ogni volta che riesco a farlo, provo una grande soddisfazione e un senso di gratitudine.
Per me, prendersi cura di queste creature è un gesto di risp etto verso la natura e un modo per contribuire alla tutela della biodiversità che tanto amiamo e che ci circonda nelle meravigliose Madonie. Queste montagne sono uno scrigno di biodiversità, un vero tesoro naturale che dobbiamo preservare e difendere con tutte le nostre forze.
Appena l'ho vista sulla strada, il mio istinto è stato immediato: l'ho riconosciuta in difficoltà e, senza esitazione, l'ho spostata con delicatezza in un luogo sicuro, lontano dal traffico e dai pericoli imminenti e subito dopo è passata un auto.
Fortunatamente, la piccola aveva ancora tutte le sue forze e non presentava segni di fratture o gravi ferite, il che mi ha riempito di sollievo e di speranza.
L'ho messa in un posto vicino e protetto e ho aspettato che la mamma, che nel frattempo si era allontanata, la raggiungesse. È stato un momento molto toccante vedere la mamma volare vicino e chiamare la piccola, rassicurandola con il suo richiamo.
È importante ricordare che anche un piccolo gesto può fare la differenza, e che ognuno di noi ha il potere di contribuire a un mondo più giusto e più compassionevole nei confronti di tutte le forme di vita.
