Great free hand ;-) the whites on the statues can be attenuated by closing the lights while the edges in the foreground I think are burned .... but I would have closed to f4 and raised the ISO..... my personal opinion ;-)

I agree 'almost' completely with your observations; I add that the photo does not deserve to be published. ;-)
Maybe I could have raised the ISO but, since it is a Foveon sensor, I followed the 'canonical' indications; moreover, this shot was intended to be a 'triple' experiment and I also published it for educational / demonstration purposes and to 'collect' constructive observations like yours, very welcome. ;-)
Shots of this kind certainly require higher ISO, adequate aperture and the use of a tripod (or, at least, a monopod).
