Il sito è spettacolare (come tutta la costa del Sinis) e con pazienza si fanno davvero buone foto perchè fortunatamente il soggetto una volta tanto è piuttosto...collaborativo.
Infatti, il Falco non mangia con la ottusa voracità del Cormorano, del Pellicano o degli Aironi che ingoiano il pesce tutto intero. Al contrario: una volta arrivato sul posatoio si sistema con cura (dando ogni tanto un'occhiata all'invadente fotografo) e poi inizia a sminuzzare la preda dalla testa facendone piccoli bocconi, rimanendo fermo addirittura per una decina di minuti semprechè un gabbiano con cerchi di portargli via il malloppo...
Così è possibile ammirare con calma questa rara e splendida macchina predatoria, altamente specializzata.
