at 600mm, 1/160 f/11.0, ISO 160, tripod. Mendoza, Argentina.

Beautiful, but tycho crater, it should be at the bottom and not at the top, maybe it's upside down.
In addition, it seems a little blurry to me

I read on the internet that the moon always shows the same face, regardless of where it is observed, due to the synchronous rotation with the earth.
Foreas the photo should be flipped.

it will be but I assure you that the photo is not shot... I have others and all in this position, obviously all taken in Argentina.

Excellent explanation Alessandro, you never stop learning. Out of curiosity, I searched the internet but found nothing about it.
Giuseppe
I asked you if you had the camera turned because sometimes putting it internally or between the legs of the tripod, it can stay turned.
However, if you do a search for images of the moon on the internet, it is very difficult to see one with tycho crater at the top!

Don't worry Savino, no problem. In fact, thank you for watching my shot carefully and commenting on it. Thanks also to the mystive Alessandro for the detailed explanation.

Beyond the interesting astronomical disquisitions ... it's a really interesting shot for the evidence of the details.

I thank you Paolo, after all the shot was born only for photos scratching the moon in itself, then seeing these "mineral moon" I wanted to post produce the same shot and see that I could pull out.
