Si può fare con scatti singoli e di durata breve come in questo tutorial in cui mi sono imbattuto per caso, ma che ho trovato piuttosto utile (nello stesso canale trovi tecniche di processing anche con altri software, io per esempio per lo stacking uso siril invece di dss), oppure effettuando meno scatti di durata maggiore, ma in questo caso bisogna utilizzare uno strumento (l'astroinseguitore o, per i telescopi più pesanti, una montatura equatoriale) che consenta di annullare il movimento della Terra ed ottenere stelle puntiformi invece che scie. Io ho acquistato un astroinseguitore economico, il minitrack lx3 e mi sono associato su Facebook, al gruppo specifico amministrato dal suo inventore (il nome del gruppo FB è "MINITRACK LX"), dove si condividono fotografie e si trovano consigli su questo strumento specifico, ma anche suggerimenti di carattere generale sull'astrofotografia e sui soggetti da fotografare. Dimenticavo, la cosa più importante sarebbe avere a disposizione cieli bui e poco inquinati, ma anche in città si riescono a tirare fuori risultati apprezzabili. Se guardi la galleria di astrofotografia qui su Juzaphoto, ci sono tanti capolavori. In molti casi sono stati ottenuti utilizzando corpi dedicati, che consentono al sensore di catturare più segnale, soprattutto infrarosso (se ho capito bene), oltre a montature equatoriali e telescopi. Più in là, quando avrò modo di prendere una fotocamera nuova, vorrei far fare la modifica al sensore della mia em1 II, proprio per renderla più efficace per astrofotografia (da quanto ho capito viene tolto il filtro infrarosso o qualcosa di simile).
