Indubbiamente il soggetto gode di una buona messa a fuoco, però mi sembra che la foto possa risultare con qualche ritocco migliore almeno nel colore.
Con bilanciamento colore porterei il rosso a +10 per eliminare la dominante cyano.
Sistemerei l'istogramma in livelli dando così un miglior contrasto.
Compositivamente in fase di scatto avrei lasciato più aria tra le ali e le zampe rispetto ai bordi e decentrato a sx il soggetto.

Una foto che leggo tutta in quella splendida luce che investe il capo e che dona qualcosa di magico allo scatto.
Per la tecnica posso concordare con chi mi ha preceduto ma sono attratto da ciò che ho scritto per primo.

Grazie pigi47 per i tuoi consigli,proverò a contrastarla di piu', per quanto riguarda invece il ridotto spazio intorno al soggetto ho cercato di inglobare tutto il corpo della libellula e allo stesso tempo il massimo ingrandimento possibile. Grazie per il passaggio A presto

Bello scatto, nitido e bilanciato nella luce, e mi accodo anche ai consigli dei senior, super, max, ecc.
Per la dominante fredda, ti dico il mio pensiero, preferisco sempre lasciarla anche per trasmettere la vera luce del momento, fredda appunto, del mattino presto. Son gusti comunque.
Beautiful shot, crisp and balanced in the light, and also I am stepping stone to the advice of senior, super, max, etc..
For the dominant cold, I tell you my thoughts, I always prefer to leave it also to convey the true light of the moment, just cold, early morning. Son tastes anyway.
