That morning I had climbed to the top, hoping to spot some predator, which is not very rare in the middle of winter, especially with lots of fresh snow (here we are in the realm of the chamois, which zompettano on the rocks). Queste faggete sono popolate da piccolo gruppo di lupi, che in alcune occasioni ho avuto la fortuna di ammirare in tutta la loro eleganza e maestosità. Alla fine mi sono goduto i primi raggi del sole, ma nonostante la lunga attesa, nessun lupo si è presentato all'appuntamento |
