3° premio Nikon-Photo-Contest-International 1990-91. La foto è una (brutta) scansione da pellicola di molti anni fa. Lo scatto è stato accidentale: ero seduto sulla sponda di un torrente montano e avevo adocchiato la cavalletta sul rametto. Poco dopo ho visto con la coda dell'occhio la trota risalire la corrente nell'acqua bassa e balzare fuori per acchiapparla...Malgrado la macchina fosse motorizzata, questo è l'unico scatto decente. Alla premiazione, ho dovuto spiegare a una miriade di giornalisti di Riviste specializzate (che mi chiedevano se avessi usato tecniche particolari), che lo scatto era stato del tutto casuale... Il premio fu una NIKONOS subacquea, che mesi dopo mi fu rubata...forse non la meritavo.
