Beautiful image and beautiful dettagli..perciò in line with the number :), if I can make an observation ... it would also be interesting to give some dynamism to the image perhaps with time a little slower you say? At that point it would be better perceived the "storm" :-)
I congratulate you for the pictures taken as well as for timely and constructive comments that often dispense ... very useful for people like me cultivate this passion.
Regards, Massimiliano.

In this period all through we looked at these wind-flattened fields and studied possible shots to be made.
The subject is not easy to handle with no alternative reference points, but as one of my fixed is to "attack" the subject, I can only agree with this shot that makes you forcefully enter the scene 8-)
As for the composition .. well it's as if the wind had come from the corner right and disheveled grain diagonally leaving the forelock, you're a smart-ass ;-) a good dodger 8-)
bye Bye

Ci sei riuscito allora!MrGreen
Comincio a prevederti!MrGreen

Ciao, Alberto.

Beautiful image of this 'sea' of barley stems, good concept and even better realisation.

Hello Simone!

I state that I like shooting; the delicate colors and well-managed contrasts make me greatly appreciate the scene!
The distance to the subject is right and the eye is guided step by step in reading. The only thing out of place to me is just one: I lack a point of reference! :-D I know it's a picture of detail, not a landscape, and as such the fact of giving all the importance to the ears is desired, but I can not help but get with the look on the border between the wheat and the sky and say "ma..ma here? there should not be anything? :-D"
It is not a criticism, God forbid, that's just my opinion, but if there was a landscape that was still behind the ears picture for my taste was much better! :-)

Greetings, Leonardo

Nice to see two very different interpretations on the same subject, this also your good, low pdr directions to the ears and the side light beams give a good dynamism finds its closure in tuft left, good job, congratulations!

I really like this photo. One notices the attention and meticulousness that you put in the "developing" this picture. Very beautiful tangle of ears on the first floor which accompanies the eye up to the rippling slightly inclined stalks that give the image the appearance of a 'wave in a stormy sea (perfect title). Excellent, in my view, also very delicate colors corroborated by a wise and gentle light and shadow. The feeling of the very good definition would define both the first and second floor (perhaps the result of two photos with different focus) So if you do not understand, I really like the photo, congratulations.
Hello, Sergio

grazie a tutti per i commenti
per dovere di cronaca rispondo a qualcuno.

@Massimiliano e in parte anche @Sapf;-)

@Alberto

@Leonardo

Simone

Then also I add between Sergio thanks (I was responding to the others).
You have analyzed the photo very well and I am glad that you have it appreciated.
You post there say enough, by the focus stack of 4 images (the first floor was perhaps 10cm) plus a fifth exhibition only for the cielo.poi cooling shadows as I often do to get away and make it distinguishable ears that are "hot" .here then I played with lights for vignettare and focusing the eye at the center and in the entrance area of ??the light on the top right.
thanks again
Simone
