URBEX 1.5.4 : Consonno ,frazione di Olginate (Lc). Fino al 1940 era un borgo agricolo di 200/300 abitanti ma cominciò a spopolarsi tanto da contarne solo 60 verso la fine degli anni '50. Nel 1962 l'imprenditore :il Conte Mario Bagno acquistò le quote della società "Immobiliare Consonno Brianza" la quale risultava proprietaria del borgo, eccetto la chiesa di S. Maurizio, la Canonica, e il Cimitero. Al posto del borgo venne costruita un'oasi dello shopping e del divertimento, un vero centro commerciale con minareto, una pagoda cinese,un castello medievale e un grande albergo ,l' Hotel Plaza e così nasce : Consonno ," La Città Dei Balocchi". Purtroppo una frana interruppe i collegamenti con Olginate, cadde nell'oblio e venne abbandonata. #urbex #abbandono #degrado
