Davvero sublime. Taglierei la parte inferiore completamente nera a raggiungere un formato 16:9, mi sembra più adeguata. In ogni caso un momento fantastico, complimenti.
Really sublime. Cut off the bottom completely black to achieve a 16: 9 format, it seems more appropriate. Anyway a fantastic moment, congratulations. Davvero sublime. Concordo con il suggerimento sul ritaglio a 16:9.
Nel 1981 feci un fantastico viaggio "coast to coast", immortalato con la compattina Olympus.
Di recente ho digitalizzato tutte le dia e creato una bella presentazione con Lightroom (formato originale cioè 3:2).
Ciò non toglie che per questo scatto, se mostrato singolarmente, il 16:9 sia meglio!

In 1981 I had a fantastic trip "coast to coast", immortalized with the compact camera Olympus.
Recently I digitized all give and created a nice presentation with Lightroom (original format that is 3: 2).
This does not mean that for this shot, whether individually shown, the 16: 9 is best! Ti ringrazio.

Capisco, capisco. La tua risposta mediante aneddoto storico è efficace e chiude il cerchio sul contesto di produzione di questa tua immagine.
Purtroppo , checché se ne dica qui sul forum, quando si commenta una foto bisognerebbe informarsi su tutta una serie di cose che riguardano l'autore prima di esprimere giudizi e critiche sulle sue produzioni. E questa è veramente una cosa difficilissima!
Io ci provo sempre nel mio piccolo cercando di essere obiettivo e basandomi sull' emozione che provo a freddo appena i miei occhi si poggiano su una determinata miniatura presente qui sul forum.
Il tuo chiarimento quindi è convincente. Un saluto.

I always try in my small way trying to be objective and based on 'emotion I feel cold just my eyes rest on a given miniature present here on the forum.
