Foto postata solo a scopo documentaristico. Nitidezza a parte, è la miglior foto che sono riuscito a tirar fuori del mio fortuito incontro con un branco di ben 6 lupi appenninici, molto probabilmente a caccia di cervi. Ovviamente non erano così lontani, altrimenti non li avrei visti. Ci siamo avvicinati con la macchina (eravamo un gruppo di 10 persone), poi mentre scendevamo per vederli meglio, questi sono subito fuggiti sulla cresta delle montagne soprastanti, osservandoci con un'aria di sfida e frustrazione per l'agguato fallito. Ho fatto in tempo solo a fare qualche raffica e, come se non bastasse, alcune erano sovraesposte e non alla massima lunghezza focale. Posso dire di certo che il mio sangue freddo e le mie doti da fotografo naturalista sono state messe a dura prova da quest'incontro, ma spero di essere altrettanto fortunato le prossime volte, perché se mi capitasse di nuovo un'occasione del genere, credo che allora sarò più preparato. Una dura lezione, ma utile per il futuro ;-)
