La Torre di Cerrano è una delle antiche torri costiere del Regno di Napoli, si trova sulla costa dell'Adriatico, in provincia di Teramo, tra Silvi e Pineto.
Si tratta di uno dei pochi fortilizi superstiti facenti parte della fitta rete di fortificazioni costiere del Regno di Napoli, per respingere i frequenti attacchi da mare di turchi e saraceni; risale al 1568 ed è stata costruita su una costruzione preesistente del XIII secolo. Oggi dopo un intenso intervento di consolidamento e restauro da parte della Amministrazione Provinciale di Teramo ospita un Centro di Biologia ed è sede dell'Area Marina Protetta "Torre del Cerrano" istituita nel 2008, che ha reso fruibile il fortilizio, aprendosi al turismo sostenibile attraverso una serie di attività come visite guidate.
La Torre di Cerrano deve il suo nome dall'omonimo torrente, situato attualmente 500 metri a sud, alla cui foce corrispondeva l'antico porto di Hatria (Atri), un tempo meta di scalo marittimo al servizio della collinare città.

The Tower of Cerrano is one of the ancient coastal towers of the Kingdom of Naples, is located on the Adriatic coast, in the province of Teramo, between Silvi and Pineto.
