Kathmandu,Nepal 08/2009--- Ho postato questa foto il 20/03 ore 21.02 senza neanche leggere l'introduzione del tema. Ieri sera, entrando nella galleria a tema, mi sono imbattuto in questa indicazione: "Cerca di scrivere commenti costruttivi: un "bella foto!" fa piacere, ma un commento approfondito è molto più utile!" Mi son detto "ACQUA", un bel tema e sicuramente un problema attuale, come la giornata mondiale dell'acqua del 22 marzo ci ha fatto ricordare. E subito è nato il desiderio di scrivere questo commento. Certo, fa piacere a tutti ricevere dei complimenti per una bella foto, ma un pensiero più profondo, capace di andare oltre l'aspetto tecnico della fotografia, sarebbe stato sicuramente più utile. Pensando all'acqua, agli appassionati di fotografia viene subito in mente un bel tramonto sul mare, un bel panorama con il lago o una bella cascata, e le scelte tecniche connesse alla realizzazione di buoni scatti. La foto che ho proposto invece è il risultato di uno scatto abbastanza improvviso in cui l'emozione ha prevalso sulla tecnica. L'immagine che avevo davanti, infatti, mi aveva colpito in modo particolare e, come un lampo, mi aveva proiettato un po' indietro nel tempo, quando da ragazzino, in un passato ormai lontano, in un piccolo paese del sud Italia, la mamma mi mandava con il secchio a prendere l'acqua al fontanino del paese. Ricordo che il mio esile corpo e il peso del secchio pieno mi portavano ad avere una camminata tanto scoordinata da causare un'eccessiva oscillazione del secchio, a cui seguiva automaticamente la fuoriuscita dell'acqua. E il secchio arrivava a casa sempre mezzo vuoto. Vedere questo Nepalese, costretto ad attingere acqua per il fabbisogno della propria famiglia, con quel peso sul corpo e la smorfia di dolore sul viso, aveva suscitato in me sconforto e tenerezza allo stesso tempo. Pensavo che quasi mezzo secolo fa, in quel piccolo paesino di montagna dove vivevo, le abitudini, le esigenze, non erano poi così diverse. Oggi, noi occidentali non abbiamo più quel problema, basta girare il rubinetto o alzare la leva del miscelatore ed ecco il "miracolo": l'acqua! Acqua a volontà che purtroppo, a volte, sprechiamo inutilmente perché non reputiamo la carenza d'acqua un incubo che incombe su di noi, almeno per il momento. Ma avete mai pensato che, in altri Paesi del mondo, la mancanza di questo bene così prezioso, necessario alla sopravvivenza, miete vittime ogni giorno? Vi è mai capitato di aprire il rubinetto e non vedere uscire acqua? Credo sia successo a tutti, almeno una volta nella vita e penso che tutti si siano accorti del disagio e dell'impotenza di fronte ad un tale evento. Nonostante ciò, purtroppo continuiamo a fare un uso spropositato di questo bene così indispensabile. Forse, se ci fermassimo un attimo a riflettere, qualcosa potrebbe cambiare? FORSE!! Il tema è ACQUA ma chi ha detto che se ne deve vedere tanta !!
Nella tua foto l'acqua è solo la protagonista ma senza esserci, bellissimo il soggetto ma secondo me ( e credi non ne capisco molto ) avrei cercato di dare una composizione diversa per evidenziare la persona o i due contenitori:
quel muro a destra ? la fontana a sx era più d'effetto e un pelo di sfuocatura in più per staccare e dare profondità...

Comunque se fossi Juza il 9 Aprile .... guarderei bene la tua foto Sorriso

Ciao Ale,si forse un po di sfocatura allo sfondo non avrebbe guastato,però è stato uno scatto un pò improvvisato perchè me lo sono trovato li che stava andando,se avessi esitato.....addio foto!!Ciò che mi interessava era far vedere anche l'acqua,altimenti nei contenitori avrebbe potuto esserci anche olio o latte,ecco perchè sono stato costretto a scattare senza pensare troppo alle opzioni.Ti ringrazio del suggerimento,vedrò se riesco a fare qualcosa con photoshop.

Un bello scatto,un ottimo momento colto.la foto poi è stata arricchita dalla riflessione che hai postato insieme ad essa.molte foto non sono solo foto,ma hanno una storia,propria e anche secondo il pensiero e le emozioni di chi la scatta in quel momento.forse,oltre i dati di scatto dovremmo aggiungere più spesso un nostro pensiero su quanto ci dice una nostra foto.
