è un Diamante mandarino (Taeniopygia guttata). Mi pare di ricordare che la distribuzione riguarda l'Australia ed il sed est asiatico, quindi, in Colombia non dovrebbe esserci. Comunque, è uno degli uccelli da gabbia più diffusi al mondo, potrebbe essere sfuggito a qualcuno, visto anche lo stato di usura del piumaggio tipico degli uccelli in gabbia.

However, it is one of the most popular cage birds in the world, could have escaped anyone seen the state of wear of the plumage typical of birds in cages.

Confermo, anche io lo chiamo Bengalino (maschio). Molto comune nei negozi di animali "domestici".
