E' un Culbianco al primo inverno, non un isabellino. In autunno sono estremamente difficili da distinguere, ma da questa foto quello che si vede indica un Culbianco Oenanthe Oenanthe: il sopracciglio è più scuro nella parte anteriore (isabellino è tutto bianco); dietro l'occhio il sopracciglio è troppo largo (nell'isabellino si restringe in maniera evidente); le terziarie, le grandi copritrici e le copritrici mediane sono hanno troppo nero. Anche la postura sarebbe da Culbianco, ma questo è un carattere che da una singola foto non è apprezzabile. Altro carattere distintivo dell'isabellino è alula nera che risalta bene, ma qui non si vede bene (è nera anche nel Culbianco).
Mi permetto di darti un consiglio: quando si fotografano specie rare e/o difficili, è sempre bene indicare dove e quando è stata fatta la foto in modo da aiutare nell'identificazione.

It 'a Wheatear on the first winter, not a dun. In autumn are extremely difficult to distinguish, but from this photo what you see indicates a Wheatear Oenanthe Oenanthe: eyebrow is darker than the front (dun is all white); behind the eye eyebrow is too wide (nell'isabellino shrinks in an evident way); the tertiary sector, the major coverts and median coverts they are too black. Even the posture would be Wheatear, but this is a character from a single photo is not appreciable. Other distinctive dell'isabellino alula is black which stands out well, but here it does not look good (it is also in the black wheatear).
Let me give you some advice: when photographing rare and / or difficult, it is always goodindicate where and when the photo was made in order to help in identification.
