Visto dalla parte posteriore, consigli sempre graditi. Annoverato tra le Ville Venete dalla maggior parte delle guide turistiche, seppure lo stile non sia quello tradizionale delle ville palladiane, il Castello Papadopoli Giol si affaccia su piazza Nicolò Papadopoli, a San Polo di Piave. Il Castello, con il grande parco realizzato attorno al lago, era la residenza di campagna della famiglia Papadopoli che aveva il suo palazzo sul Canal Grande di Venezia, vicino al ponte di Rialto. La struttura attuale risale al 1865, progettato con uno stile del tutto particolare, con alti pennacoli che richiamano Venezia, ma ancor di più l'origine orientale della famiglia. Incendiato al termine della Grande Guerra, nel 1921 fu acquistato e ricostruito nelle parti interne dal commendator Giovanni Giol.
