Hai salvato l'immagine senza incorporare il profilo ICC (un profilo ICC consente di descrivere uno spazio di lavoro, es sRGB o Adobe RGB), che suppongo sia sRGB. E' un problema piuttosto comune con alcuni programmi che non gestiscono i profili colore. In ogni caso diventa un problema se, ad esempio, hai usato uno spazio lavoro diverso da sRGB. Devi sapere che i browser, escluso firefox, difficilmente gestiscono i profili e quindi assegnano di default un profilo generico sRGB. Nel caso citato il risultato è di vedere immagini con colori sballati o poco saturi.

Cambia l'ottica, può cambiare la fotocamera... ma non cambia la bellezza dei tuoi ritratti!
Composizione stretta abbastanza comune, ma l'espressione colta, la bellezza della luce e dei colori rende la foto davvero superiore alla media!
