, 1/400 f/8.0, ISO 100, hand held.

Joe

I have always made the other day on the snow, but I posted this propio for composition.
I was also lucky because he collaborated standing still, even his friends around the valley were fairly quiet, not a favor to me, but I think because of the great cold.
However if you want to know, are not far from where you live.
I hope you went to Asiago, a place that, both in summer and winter is an inexhaustible source photo.
I have friends "help" with the same passion, who know every corner of this precious fantastic territory.
If you need does not have to ask.
Hello Michael and thanks for the comment.

I agree on the need 'to lighten the shadows on the face, but the capture' of great value, the spider mountain and 'really nice! ;-)

Mizzeca, but you're very good.
I love it, we'll definitely try taking a cue from you.
However, the original is always the original.
Thank you, Max, when I have time I take a ride on your profile.
See you soon. Joe

Bella! For me, a little 'restlessly because I have a little' phobia of spiders ... Despite this, it's really fascinating the subject, it seems a rubber, like teddy bear green apple-flavored! Haha
He will certainly have a different taste ... ;-)
Nice shot and beautiful composition, however, quoto Mattfala for the shadows, perhaps to try a little 'selective clearing ... (PS select only the dark parts and then increases a little 'light, as described above, only one selection), but it is a nice picture! Bravo!
Cordial greetings :-)

Many thanks to all three: Elisewin, Mark and Pietraccia.
You see, I could do as you say, lighten the trunk of the monster, but in reality he is efettivamente so dark and I felt bad change its hue.
Thank you again.

but in reality he is actually so dark
AH OK So you're right! I think it takes a little 'deception in the brightness of the green tone of the legs, and then then one thinks that even the body has that tone.
But if he is so good to understand! :-D
Among other things, the density of the legs and lower torso and therefore the light passes in a different way, which is why the tone is darker ... oh yes there is! True!
Greetings

Pietraccia, you have good eyes, the legs are so fine that the light passing through it, it's as if you put a bright light on the belly of a person and nothing happens, then, the same, you put it in the hand and fingers are a little 'pass.
See you soon and thanks again for the visit.
I would be happy if you looked at the other galleries, especially the coverage of the Civil Protection.

Thank you Henry Kimera and Paoletto.
Henry, "roost" is his habitat, his house, I found many that day, and it was the first time I saw them, I had never happened to meet them in years and years.
Hello to all.
Joe
