Why not B & W?

" Perché non B&W?"
Buona domanda.

Hello Moto
I followed you in the latest galleries and six real discovery.
You're a good photographer, you have images very well designed and built, and you have a general preparation uncommon. you managed to make me understand why this is such a beautiful expression, motivating simply your choice.
You are, moreover, self-deprecating and funny. I really appreciate. Compliments

Hello Sommy,
a bit 'of healthy self-irony helps to keep our feet on the ground. :-P

One thing that always makes me smile you see the profile photos of the photographers that I met. Someone also present on Juza. Most are good and have a straight face, especially professionals. Probably it is necessary as a sign of authority and professionalism, but they are all very funny people. How could it be otherwise given that creativity and imagination are needed to humor as for photography? ;-)

Hello Motofoto wonderful photo but it's not new!

But in trying to understand the lighting, I see if I can spot it:

At least 3 spotlights in 3 different colors, two on the sides and one on the top slightly moved to the right.

I state that this type of photos and tools is still out of my reach, what kind of do you have used?

There is also use of flash or have you only fruited the light of the headlights is a tripod?

Thank you !

Ps: reread that you have done freehand .. I wonder how you did with such a fast time and a focal so closed to get these colors .. in reality the scene was much brighter right?

Ciao Berserk84.

Thank you Motofoto for the explanation! I will follow your advice and see that it comes out.

I'll start with just one flash to learn how to handle it

Motofoto excuse me for a single detail: the big black panel, can I ask you a reference? to have an idea of ??costs and where to find it being that the environment in which photographer is not large and I could therefore have problems of rebound of light on the white walls in the vicinity (very small room)

thank you!

Luca

//www.amazon.it/Phot-R-Riflettore-Fotografico-Traslucido-Pieghevole/dp/B00IANRW28/ref=sr_1_16? Ie = UTF8 & qid = 1520611241 & sr = 8-16 & keywords = panel + + reflective photo] Panel reflective large

If you are looking for "photographic reflective panel" on Amazon, they come out of all kinds.
They do not cost so much. Certainly less than a flash. By day they are very comfortable. I have three: small, medium and large. I use above all the medium one (it seems to me to be circular with a diameter of 1m).
To get an idea of ??how to use them search on youtube: there are various tutorials.

so you did not use a black tarpaulin (I thought of the tarpaulin), but these "little" blacks I had already seen .... this encourages me because it is less cumbersome and more easily manageable.

No. Just that. Then adjust in post production.
