I always try to have good conditions of light and color going to be in the picture if possible at dawn or dusk, and returning to them if they are not happy with the light.
Almost always use the polarizing filter for me and 'fundamental in landscape photos or reflections in the water.
Then of course there is' the PP, I specifically use Color Efex Pro 4 (a Photoshop plug-in), which I highly recommend, by which you can improve the color and contrast of your photos much better than with just Photoshop.
I always use in brightness also masks' with curves.

Cerco sempre di avere delle buone situazioni di luce e colori andando a far le foto se possibile all'alba o al tramonto, e ritornando a farle se non sono contento della luce.
Praticamente sempre uso il filtro polarizzatore che per me e' fondamentale nelle foto di paesaggio o per i riflessi nell'acqua.
Poi ovviamente c'e' la PP, io in particolare uso Color Efex Pro 4 (un plug in di Photoshop), che consiglio vivamente, con cui si riesce a migliorare i colori e contrasto delle foto molto meglio che con il solo Photoshop.
Uso sempre inoltre le maschere di luminosita' con le curve.
