Diciamo che il titolo legato al Carnevale è stato anche dettato dal fatto che l'ho voluta postare proprio il "giovedì grasso" ma è anche vero che non mi pareva che fosse del tutto fuori tema perchè quel riflesso sembrava un ar× colorato e la location (perfettamente identificabile dalla presenza della gondola) è la patria del Carnevale.
Se l'avessi postata in un altro periodo forse l'avrei chiamata "Ar×".
In relazione alla scelta di non eliminare la gondola, come ho già spiegato in altre risposte ai commenti che precedono il tuo, ho ritenuto di lasciarla per il richiamo cromatico del blu presente sia in essa che nell'acqua sottostante.
Grazie ancora anche per avermi dato modo di illustrare più compiutamente il mio pensiero e la scelta compositiva

Capisco il tuo punto di vista ma....ho già spiegato rispondendo a Giorgio ed ad altri le mie motivazioni.
Aggiungo, rispondendo al tuo suggerimento di un diverso PDR, che questo non era proprio possibile. Ero in riva e la zona di riflesso che vedi è l'unico spazio che non era popolato da gondole. L'unico PDR possibile per catturare quei colori è quello dal quale ho scattato.
Tutto ciò naturalmente partendo dal presupposto che la presenza della gondola è stata voluta.

Grazie del tuo bel commento! A saturare per accendere i colori non ho proprio resistito mentre per quanto riguarda il contrasto ho applicato una leggera MDC che mi pareva rendesse più nitidezza ai particolari dello scafo della gondola.
