, 1/500 f/5.6, ISO 100, hand held. Beijing (Pechino), China.

"incantato"!

Hello Paul is a nice job to have to write something, and n be a prime, you lose more time reading than to develop the idea!
However, I find myself with the composition x michela, that wall in the foreground is suffocating, pass the word.

But why, but why give up nn color to give space to the imagination?

What do you want to say? Go against your style and a nice BN!

A hug,
Maurizio

Hello Maurizio,
thank you very much for the changeover and valuable advice! ;-)
Respect, of course, the idea of ??who that wall in the foreground do not like it but I want to further emphasize that this is not an error, but I just ... wanted it that way (which, in some ways, it can be even worse than a mistake or if you wish, an error ... "double")! :-D
I will follow your advice and, with all my limitations, I will try to make the "conversion" b / w to see ... how he does! :-)
Best wishes,
Paul

You know that in art there who like to crush and there's those who like raw matter of point of view, we can not grant anyone ;)

I did not know Ivan for anything claiming to "elevate" my little "scrap" art of the world to ... that is definitely a different thing :-(
And I agree with you that in photography, as in any other field, you can not have the ability to ... put all agree! ;-)
Thanks again so much for ... the encouragement! :-P
Best wishes,
Paul

Excuse me, but overall I do not convimce for these reasons:
- Color pumped
- Composition not completed
- Blurred wall that crashed
- People cut to the left distracting
- Aperture open
- Iso low.
Tips:
- Try to treat the more pre-snap, you can not go back in the same place often
- Develops more compositional interpretations - adopts mechanical systems improvements such as the use of a polarizing filter
- Close the aperture more to improve the clarity, dares to stand up with the iso if you need to close the iris or if time does not get security - better treat more at this stage to apply after a slight post-production.
Try now resume file ritagliando a lower part and left side excluding the heads and letting the wall curved in a bit. (IMHO). hello, laurel

Hello Lauro,
first of all thanks for having "lost" a little bit of your time to take a look at this photo of me that certainly is not one of my best but, as I said from the beginning in the caption
just wants to be the memory an unforgettable day at a place ... "Enchanted"
!
Then we can discuss whether this (ie a forum for photography) and the place more "suitable" (or less) to post even one souvenir photo (also linked to special moments "affective") but, believe me, that in the few months that I am part of this beautiful "family" I have seen, of course, of ... "Worse"!
Regarding the technical dialogue you're absolutely right especially with regard to the PP: I have several times openly declared to be completely in the dark inthis area (the photo is not my job and my job, unfortunately, leaves me very little time to "deepen" even in the embryo the question) and, therefore, in the few photos where I try to intervene doing something, just do. .. "Pasties" (exclusively for this reason all my photos posted on this site are solely the "jpeg", naked and raw as they come out of the car)!
As regards the composition, despite being aware that many do not like the wall blurred in the foreground, I still say it was a "thing" that I have tried and liked (probably even wrong) to give some of that "depth "image (as it also has" seen "Ivancosta): otherwise there would be no reason to keep the aperture at f/5.6 and shoot with a time of 1/500!
The thing that dCbr />
Thank you, again, for taking my picture and talked about this for the valuable advice and I will try to "cut" (this is one of the few things I can do) photo following your ... "Suggestions"!
Hello and good weekend,
Paul

Regardless of whether you had scattatto in raw or jpg could objectively treat more pre-snap .. how? reflecting on some tips previously pitted
there would otherwise be no reason to keep the aperture at f/5.6 and shoot with a time of 1/500!

at that distance and focusing to infinity, however, the wall remained blurred, closing'd only emphasized the sharpness.
there had been it would be "seen" even less than the curvature of the wall that would give

Willy-nilly, to a previsualization you should take the risk of waiting for 10 minutes for a given photographic situation occursD

It must be exciting to be able to photograph such a great wonder. Maybe you can be the state. However, I must quote Flaber 70, Michela and Ellemme for the advice that I share. For the rest .... :-) Forte your sensitivity.
Greetings:-P

You're right Dino, really a great emotion (which for me became "huge" for my particular reasons "affective")! :-P
The considerations of Flavio (Flaber70), Michela and Lauro (ElleEmme) are not only absolutely right but I agree in toto but believe me, for all the "considerations" that gradually I listed, it was not easy "to do" or otherwise, better, as written in the caption, say that I ... I could not do better! :-D
Always thank you very much for your attention! :-P

Thanks Ivan,
we are here, to "cultivate" a hobby (for me, and I think for the majority of the members, this is not a job) and then they are welcome to all the advice that certainly can not do anything but ... "Good"! :-P
This applies to everyone, and certainly for me that I never considered it to be, in any field, the "custodian" of the ... "Truth" absolute! ;-)
Best wishes and see you soon,
Paul
